About Our Founder

Norville Barrington, MBA

Managing Partner, bccelerator

Norville Barrington has several years of corporate experience with roles in Strategy, Portfolio Management, Innovation, Technology, Brand Management, Marketing, and Advertising at organizations such as Mondelez International (Nabisco/Kraft Foods), The New York Times, Mars Chocolate International, GEICO, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Norville also serves as Chairman of the Barrington’s of Brooklyn, LLC. with holdings in bccelerator, Inc., Paybby, Inc, TekAvenir Group, and BlaqueNet.com, AMP Investments as well as the Board of Advisors of the Black Sports Business Symposium, Inc.

Norville currently serves as President of the Metro New York Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. and Chairman of the NYBLACKMBA Advisory Board. In 2023, Barrington was awarded the National President of the Year by the National Black MBA Association. Barrington holds a Bachelor of Science from Brooklyn College & Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Business School.
